Five well-located plants with cutting-edge manufacturing facilities including cutting-edge technologies—including heat treatment, pulverizing, ball milling, chemical reduction, air and gas atomization, and electrolysis—are available.
Our production procedures are completely managed by PLC to improve quality control and safety.
In order to meet global standards, MEPCO continuously develops new eco-friendly products like Water Borne Aluminum Paste.
Its wide range of products are used in a variety of applications, including fireworks, aerospace and military applications, pigment in automotives, cosmetics, plastics, powder coatings, printing inks, and general specialized products like diamond tools and AAC blocks.
With four NRDC Invention Awards—the highest for a private industrial research and development center—and advanced lab equipment, MEPCO’s research and development center was approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) of the Government of India.
MEPCO is a domestic manufacturer of spherical aluminum powder. We have a distinct facility where we produce premium aluminum paste and pigments.
We erected the first wind mills in Tamil Nadu in the late 1980s, and we currently have more than 20 MW of installed capacity. concentrating on the solar energy concept of green alternative power generation as well.
