Very Demure Very Mindful Tiktok ‘ICYMI, TikTok Is Very Demure & Very Mindful RN. It’s not a bad thing to admit that there are days of the week when I spend more time on TikTok browsing than working.

Fortunately for me, this means that I’m always learning new inside jokes, slang terms, and expressions from various TikTok users, which helps me to keep my mind fresh.

Regardless of your level of TikTok obsession, there are some allusions that, in my opinion, you should at the very least be aware of. The “Very demure, very mindful” TikTok trend is now the most popular on the internet.

Everything began on August 6th, when Jools Lebron (@joolieannie), a TikTok user, uploaded a video with the tagline, “How to be demure and modest and respectful at the workplace,” in which she described her professional demeanor.

She says at the beginning of the video, “You see how I do my makeup for work? Very thoughtful and modest. She goes on to say that she avoids anything ostentatious or garish, preferring to keep things low-key, modest, and straightforward—or, as she puts it, “not coming to work with a green cut crease.”

Users particularly like Jools’ explanation of her top’s modest neckline, describing it as having “only a little chi-chi out, not my cho-cho.” (TBH, I’m not really sure what a “cho-cho” is, but that’s another conversation for another time.)

The phrase “very demure, very mindful” has gained popularity among other TikTok users, such as user @sh4_n1c3. This video went viral when she posted a picture of her half-eaten, precisely constructed Chipotle bowl with the remark “very demure.”

“You see how I eat my bowl and it still keeps its composure and structure?” she asks in the video. since I enjoy eating my dish. Remember why you were given the bowl.

I’ve noticed that TikTok has basically invented the term “classy” to describe being thoughtful and modest. Since I had never heard the word “demure” before it became popular on TikTok, I looked up its definition.

The definition of “demure” in the Merriam-Webster dictionary is “modest and reserved,” and it functions as an adjective when used in speech.

It’s really the same as being “proper” or “decent,” even though TikTok users are giving the word a funnier, more Gen-Z interpretation. Very Demure Very Mindful Tiktok ‘ICYMI, TikTok Is Very Demure & Very Mindful RN.
